Tallulah’s workshops were excellent. She explored Body Confidence in a very positive way, giving the girls practical ideas to overcome insecurities. The girls related well to Tallulah, they appreciated that she shared her own story and enjoyed the variety of activities. Students really embraced the idea of empowering body poses and were seen showing younger students how to use them to improve their confidence before a music recital. One student said, ‘I enjoyed it as it made me see the positive aspects of my body. It was very active and fun.
Mrs D Di Carlo, Manor House Surrey
Tallulah was great - the girls were able to relate to her and her journey. The students were really engaged throughout the workshop and were able to take away some great messages about the importance of positive affirmations in positive self-talk and body acceptance as well as harnessing their own superpower of taking care of themselves. The students were overheard on leaving the workshop …… ‘I really needed to hear that’ and ‘We know about all of those things, but it was really good hearing it in this way.
